I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and certified neurosomatic therapist (CNST) with a passion for helping people unwind their pain patterns. I am expertly trained in a type of manual therapy that addresses systemic postural imbalances, rather than just treating pain symptoms in isolation. I understand how body mechanics, pain referral patterns, and muscle tension all play a role in both chronic and acute pain.
After years of struggling to find balance in my own body and being led down countless avenues of health and wellness, it wasn’t until I discovered Neurosomatic Therapy that I finally gained the agency to understand what my body was trying to tell me. After my first session, I felt a glimmer of hope and immediately enrolled in the Center for Neurosomatic Therapy, knowing that I wanted to help others through this transformative bodywork.
I have a deep empathy for those dealing with physical pain that feels like a daily weight on the mind. As a professional, I find great joy in educating my clients on the "why" of their pain and uncovering layers of postural patterns that bring them relief. I am dedicated to continuously improving my skills through ongoing education, ensuring I bring the latest knowledge to every session.
It is an honor for me to work with people on their healing journey, and I am excited to bring my expertise back to Westchase, where I grew up.
